Little Pork

Italian pig....mmmmm...

For 6 peoples:

One 1/3 of Little Pork
Rosemary
pepper and berries juniper
Some laurel
1/2 glass of broth or 1/4 of wine white.
salt

The time for cooking...is minimum...2 hours

Preparation:

Place the pork in the glass-ware, and place up the broth, the salt, the rosemary and pepper and berries juniper.

All can rest for 30minutes, then place all in the bakery.

U can cook some potatoes together, cut it first and place inside, when is near to baking.
